Reiki Therapy

Reiki, a therapy originating from Japan, involves universal life force energy to be channeled through the therapist's palms to the patient's body to promote healing and relaxation.

Reiki is known to improve physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Reiki is a non-invasive practice that can be used in conjunction with other medical treatments.

A reiki therapy session typically lasts between 30 minutes to an hour.

Mind Body & Soul Alignment Coaching

Soul coaching can be a transformative experience that helps you tap into your true self and in so doing, bring you clarity on where to focus your energy. A coach acts as an accountability partner who will see things from a more objective perspective and bring things to light that may be hidden in the shadows.  When these things are acknowledged and understood they can inform a beneficial healing path, helping you to shed thoughts, beliefs, behaviours and habits that are no longer serving you.

 

​Choose from a one-on-one session or we can craft a package depending on where you are on your journey and what you would like to create.

Embodied Dance Classes and Workshops

Align mind body and soul through the physical practice of embodied dance. Choreographed sequences and free movement create a way for energy to be released and replenished in a fun class environment allowing you to come home to your body and understand how it is to feel and be in your body in the present moment.

Energy healing treatments such as reiki, sound healing, breath work and embodied movement, are all biofield science techniques.
