My work is shaped by a background in journalism and communications, early‑stage leadership as a founding director of MedRecruit, and a decade devoted to raising my children while deepening my study of human behaviour, embodiment, and the energetic foundations of leadership. This blend of real‑world leadership, lived experience, and inner‑development work now informs the way I support leaders to strengthen their inner architecture and lead with grounded, coherent presence.
